• Graduated from the KU Leuven as a Master in Law in 1994, and obtained a Special Master in Tax Law at the ULB en 1995. 
• She was a member of the Antwerp bar for 4 years, and afterwards of the Brussels Bar for an additional 3 years, after which she settled in Switserland in 2002 working as a company lawyer for a multinational.
• Since 2017 she's been a member of the Lausanne Bar -Switserland- where she lives and works.
• Since 2017 she has an office address at advocatenkantoor Mattijs, Voet & Co.
